
Cynergi Suite™ significantly enhances inventory and customer management processes and allows for improved sales functionality. The Cynergi Suite Inventory Program allows for an enterprise-wide inventory search. This facilitates rentals and sales through the ease of searching for an inventory item and linking it to the customer rental agreement. Subsequently, product can be transferred or ordered in real-time.
In Cynergi Suite customer information can be accessed through multiple search fields, and customer history—to include payment information and rental transaction history—can be retrieved instantaneously. Payments and account transfers can be done at any location.
The Cynergi Suite Reportal allows for PDF and text-based reporting that automatically runs as scheduled. Daily reporting can be optionally sent to the Reportal to give the client a paperless daily reporting system. Reports can also be run on an ad-hoc basis and printed or sent to the Reportal. Audit reports are available for Fees, Sales Tax, Deposits, and an Employee Audit Trail.
Cynergi Suite Puts it All at Your Fingertips
Cynergi Suite is a Linux-based system and can be accessed securely through a browser at the home office or store level with a MAC, Windows PC, tablet, or other web-enabled device. The System has become more flexible and agnostic to hardware requirements and thus, will accommodate many types of additional hardware.
Accounting functionality is also improved with Cynergi Suite. Benefits include additional tools to calculate book and tax depreciation, as well as the ability to interface directly with the Cynergi Suite accounting system. Cynergi includes an integrated payroll package and can also interface with other third party payroll programs.
Cynergi Suite enhances the sales and marketing capabilities with a refreshed marketing component. From this module the user can launch customized marketing programs to active or inactive customers and prospective customers such as references. Marketing programs can be created and set to deploy daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand. Marketing data can be seen in common formats such as a PDF or easily exported as a CSV file.
In the event internet connection is interrupted Cynergi Suite also includes an offline solution. Users will be able to continue performing core business functions such as adding agreements and taking payments. Any offline work is automatically updated to the central server when connectivity is restored.
